The Ghana Institute of Journalism has granted amnesty to students who could not meet the requirements of graduation between 2013 to 2020.
At a meeting held on Wednesday, November 18, the Academic Board of the Institute approved general amnesty to all students who have not graduated since 2013 and therefore have lost their studentship.
These students are expected to complete their program within the next three years.

"Course registration starts from 1st to 18th December 2020 at the Academic Affairs registry," a statement from the Institute said.
Affected students are also expected to make approved payments at any Fidelity Bank branch from 4th January 2021 to 4th February 2021.
The Institute further noted that attendance and participation in-class assignments and quizzes will form part of the assessment.
"Affected students are also to take part in end of semester examinations," it further stated.
