The vice president of Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) Frank Appiah has been arrested by officers from the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).GOC officials would not comment on the reason for Mr Appiah's arrest but Joy News has learnt that GOC has been under investigation for some time now by the SFO.
