Goldkey Properties Limited, a leading Real Estate developer in Ghana, has announced plans towards reshaping the future of living and doing business in the city of Accra with the upcoming launch of its Cantonments City project.
This was revealed when Goldkey opened the doors of Cantonments City to the media, showcasing the investments made towards creating the new multinational business hub in Accra.
The tour took some members of the press through some of Goldkey’s mixed-use facilities, which make up the Cantonments City development, covering an area of approximately 8 acres and 62,000sqm on Rangoon Lane in Cantonments.
Sites visited included the new PwC Tower, Huawei Building, Vivo Place, Cantonments City apartments amongst other developments.

The Cantonments City project is set to be established as a landmark development that meets the growing demand for spaces that support the commercial, recreational and residential demands in Accra’s booming business ecosystem. With aspirations to become the City’s preferred high street destination for world-renowned local and multinational companies and global brands, the development already boasts of brands such as Huawei, Vivo Energy, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young amongst others, in addition to its highly sought-after residential properties.
Speaking to the media, Managing Director of Goldkey Properties, Fuseina Abu, expressed the company’s excitement to showcase progress with Cantonments City ahead of the official launch ceremony to be held towards the end of 2019.

She said, “As Accra evolves into an increasingly global city, Cantonments City has been thoughtfully designed to align with this growth. With a focus on sustainability, the City will have a mix of functional and creative commercial spaces, amenities, recreational and residential options.
She added that, “With Cantonments City, we look forward to contributing to the ease of doing business in Accra by offering an ideal positioning for businesses to build and elevate their brand.
The Cantonments City mixed-use development features, five commercial buildings, two residential blocks of apartments, a retail mall, a boutique hotel, restaurants and cafes, dedicated multi-level parking and a green park. The mixed-use development concept promotes a healthy work-life balance for both workers and residents in Accra’s evolving business landscape.
