Other core subject areas for all include; Hospitality Accounting skills, Safety and Hazard Management, and French.
The release noted that prospective applicants in all the 10 former regions except Greater Accra were to register, fill the application form and submit to the GTA Regional Offices for onward submission to HOTCATT.
“Applicants in the Greater Accra Region are to pick application forms from HOTCATT Institute, at Adabraka,” it added.
