Hearts coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has lauded his players for ending their 9 year wait for a league victory at Obuasi.
Striker Cosmos Dauda scored a brace to halt a 4 game winless streak for the Phobians.
This comes of the back of a turbulent week for the Phobians and for Kenichi, his players must take all the credit.
“My players played really well so it was up to them, I just stood on the sideline and let them play.”
“I think they knew this was a must win game like any other game and this week is very big and we’ve got the momentum back and we can keep going forward.”
"I think I have to be happy for winning the match. I think we played very well throughout the game. We played well in some moments and some moments we didn't play well but I'm happy we got the three points," Yatsuhashi said.
"A home and away is same match. Our supporters expect us to win either home or away so we have to go for the three points home and away. We just played our normal game today."
Hearts next host Kotoko in the Super 2 clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.
