GreenPark Properties, an Accra-based Real Estate Development and Property Management recently hosted a reception to celebrate the groundbreaking and launch of its newest project, Preston Place, a community of affordable bespoke housing units situated in Adjiringanor-East Legon.
The event which was hosted by award-winning British Ghanaian actress and producer, Ama K. Abebrese at Cahaya Restaurant and Lounge provided interested buyers, investors, real estate industry, media, and over seventy professionals an opportunity to visit the site, view the plans and model, and meet GreenPark's management team to discuss the vision for Preston Place's design and financing.
A Mercedes Benz C Class and Suzuki vehicles supplied by Silver Star Auto Limited were on display as bonus incentives for purchases or deposits made on the units during the launch.
A short ceremony was held at the site in Adjiringanor where GreenPark's Manager Kwabena Ofori Addo and Project Contractor broke ground with a ceremonial shovel to signify the commencement of construction of Preston Place.
Guests were then escorted to the Cahaya Lounge for complimentary cocktails and canapes and jazz music. The launch presentation featured remarks from Michelle Hughton, Marketing Director at GreenPark Properties and Anna Panti, Manager of Home Loans at Stanbic Bank who detailed the mortgage packages available for purchases at Preston Place.

The Preston Place development is scheduled for completion in 24 months and will be comprised of 12 luxury 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 9 bespoke 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses from 55,000sq meters to 209,000sq meters starting at $77,000.
All housing units come with spacious living & dining space, bedrooms with airy terraces, fully fitted kitchens, bespoke wardrobes, and split air-conditioning units in all rooms.
Financing options include various flexible payment plans to suit the needs of individual buyers including 24-month installments.
