The exercise, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., is aimed at enhancing power reliability and improving service delivery in the affected areas.
In a statement issued on Thursday, 22 May, GRIDCo listed the communities expected to be affected. These include:
Kpormotey, Kalabule, Adaakope, Amuzu Kope, Amanfrom, Denchira, Ashalaja, Adam Nana, Nurses Quarters, Kwame Anum, Kuwait, Lamgma, Fulani, Mama Africa, Broadcasting, and surrounding areas.
The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), in an accompanying message, apologised for the inconvenience the planned works may cause.
