This year, GUBA Awards achieved a proud milestone of marking its 15th year in existence, and for its celebration, the prestigious international awards scheme received a huge boost from Royal Kingdom Estate.
The Ghanaian real estate company, known for its integrity and professionalism, threw its weight behind GUBA Awards as one of its major sponsors for the 15th anniversary celebrations, which took place at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London on Friday, November 29, 2024.
The move was inspired by Royal Kingdom Estate’s aim of aligning with GUBA’s paramount aim of projecting Ghanaian and African excellence, a mantra it has worked hard at living up to this year. GUBA Awards, unarguably, earned the support, having had profound impact in various disciplines during its 15 years of existence.
In almost two decades, the esteemed award scheme has celebrated and honored influential figures across Africa, and aims to create even more seamless platforms for unity and collaborations, while focusing on celebrating African heritage, all of which align with the values of Royal Kingdom Estate, a leading name in Ghana’s real estate sector.
According to Lady Dentaa Amoateng, founder and CEO of GUBA, the organization was “thrilled to have Royal Kingdom Estate on board as sponsors of the GUBA Awards 2024. The 15th anniversary celebration, themed “From Seeds to Crystal”, was attended by Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who revealed his desire to become the first London Mayor to lead a delegation to Africa. The event also witnessed the appearance of staff of Royal Kingdom Estate in London, led by its CEO Mr. Danny Angels and Board Chairman Mr. Keli Semme.

Other personalities who graced the occasion include UK-based Ghanaian singer Fuse ODG and British-Ghanaian business and technology executive, Lucy Quist.

CEO of Royal Kingdom Estate, Mr. Angels intimated that his outfit is committed to maintaining its support to unlock Africa’s countless potentials, and looks forward to further partnerships with GUBA Awards in future.


This year, Royal Kingdom Estate stood tall at the recently held 2024 edition of Diaspora Africa Conference Ghana during which it outlined its efforts in bridging the gap between Africa and its diaspora. The company has become a leading name in real estate in the country, offering litigation-free land and home ownership services.
