Hearts of Oak chairman Commodore Mensah has expressed joy at the progress made with the club’s Initial Public Offer.Accra Hearts of Oak after three extensions to the initial 30 days has finally come out with the amount required to call the floating of shares exercise a success.The club finally managed to raise the GH ¢2.5 million required minimum in its Initial Public Offer.Mr. Commodore Mensah told JOY Sports on Tuesday that, the club has every right to be happy since they now have the resources to run the team effectively.“We want this change to reflect in the condition of service of our players and the infrastructural development of the club”. Commodore told JOY Sports.
