Hearts of Oak have appointed Portuguese Sergio Daniel Moniz Traguil as head coach of its junior teams, Auroras (u20) and Royal Oaks (u17).
The move to appoint the Portuguese is part of plans of the capital club to revamp its youth policy which produced talents for the club years back.
The Portugese will be largely responsible for scouting and recruiting talents for the club.
He is expected to arrive in Ghana with his personal assistant to begin work with the club.
