Veteran rapper Obrafour has attributed his success in the music industry to God and his team.
According to the ‘Kwame Nkrumah’ hitmaker, he would not have gone far without these two adding “so I wouldn’t want to take the credit for everything.”
Obrafour told JoyNews’ MzGee that “I don’t think I deserve all the commendations and the praises.”
The rapper is currently celebrating his 20 years in the music industry with his ‘Pae Mu Ka @20 festivities which includes the production of a documentary.
Back to Taifa concert, one of the festivities, which was to celebrate where the journey in the music industry began, was flooded with fans and musicians who were impressed with Obrafour’s tenacity and showered him with praise.
Some commended the works he has done in his 20 years in the industry especially to uplift up and coming artistes.
However, some people believe he has not been celebrated and rewarded enough for his influence and works.
Obrafour told MzGee that his reward is in heaven adding, “I think if I’m able to equip myself well, here on earth, probably, at the end of the day in heaven I may wear many stars.”
