Inter Milan officials are reported to have landed in Spain today to hold talks with Espanyol for the sale of the Ghana international
Officials of Inter Milan have arrived in the Spanish city of Barcelona to hold talks with Espanyol over the possible sale of Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso to the Nerrazuri.
According to Spanish paper Marca, the officials have watched Wakaso several times and have finally landed in Spain to hold talks with Espanyol for the release of the player.
The 23-year-old midfielder has been very impressive for the Prakeets in his first season playing a total of 23 games scoring thrice and giving six assists.
Wakaso's contract with the Estadi Corneli El Prat outfit ends in 2016 but looking at the economic problems the club is facing now they might be tempted to sell the rising Ghanaian star for not less than 12 Million Euros.
The former Elche player was signed from Villareal last season for a fee of three million Euros and has risen to become one of the best players in the setup of coach Javier Aguirre.
