Trade and Industry stakeholders are being implored to thoroughly sensitise the informal sector, to enable them leverage all opportunities the African Continental Free Trade Agreement bestows on them.
According to the Executive Director of Financial Literacy Foundation Africa, Richmond Kwame Frimpong, limiting the benefits of the free trade area to only elite business clusters - will inhibit the country’s potential in addressing the challenges of the shadow economy.
