The Joy News mini Habitat Fair Dubbed: Joy News Habitat Clinic has been opened at the Achimota Shopping Mall in Accra.
This is to create an extensive awareness about the main fair scheduled from August 20-22 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
A similar program will held at the West Hills Shopping Mall at Weija to offer residents in the Accra west area the opportunity to interact and share with industry players and service providers their housing needs.
The event which is under the Theme: Rebuilding Technology in Ghana aims to give true meaning to affordable housing.
It features some of the leading real estate companies such as Elegant Homes, Interplast Ghana Limited, Supacem Cement, GHS Housing Limited, Superlock Technologies, Domod Roof and DBS Roofing.
Building on the continuous success from last year's fair in promoting affordable housing, this year's edition comes with a lot more innovations and affordability in terms of pricing.
The event is organized in collaboration with Elegant Homes & SuperCem has created a one stop avenue to bring together all property buyers, insurance, finance, construction, security, energy and real estate companies.
