King Tackie Tawiah III is seeking to get his latest rival, Nii Tackie Adama Latse II and others who presided over his enstoolment thrown into jail.
His lawyers have filed a contempt suit against Nii Tackie Adama Latse II and his elders as well as the kingmakers for side-stepping cases pending before the regional house of chiefs.
Nii Tackie Adama Latse II was enstooled two weeks ago after some kingmakers took over the Ga stool house and the palace.
His kingmakers have planned a grand coronation for him Saturday.
But Lawyer for King Tackie Tawiah III, Nii Ayikoi Otoo, has told Joy News his client’s rival is only compounding his troubles by engaging in an illegal process if the coronation goes ahead.
He said some of the respondents have been served already.
