Ghana midfielder Laryea Kingston is considering his next option after he was axed by Dutch side Vittesse Arnheim.
The Ghanaian has endured a difficult year and it got even worse at the beginning of the week when his one-year contract was cancelled by the Dutch side.
The club did not give any reason for the cancellation except to say on their official website that he is surplus to coach Albert Ferrer’s requirement.
Kingston was looking to resurrect an ailing career at the modest Dutch outfit but struggled to hold onto a regular first team slot.
Now KickOffGhana.com understands he will be looking to round up a nomadic club career that has already taken him to Libya, Russia, Scotland and Holland in the oil rich Arab world with the United Arab Emirates the most likely destination.
Whatever happens with his search for a new club, there is no doubt Kingston will want to forget about the year 2010 as quickly as possible.
He missed the Nations Cup in Angola through injury before he was dropped by Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac for the World Cup, crushing a life-long ambition for the player who missed the 2006 tournament through suspension.
His club career too suffered at Hearts of Scotland where he was allowed to leave before suffering his latest Vittese snub.
