Asante Kotoko reached a second FA Cup final in three seasons as they will meet Medeama for the title after both sides won their semi-final match on Sunday.
The Porcupine Warriors defeated Amidaus Professionals 3-1 in a thrilling last four clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The win boost Kotoko's hopes of a domestic double as they are one of the favourites for the Premier League title with two matches to go.
Didi Dramani's side came from a goal down to win the game with the 2009 U-20 World Cup golden boot winner, Ransford Osei hitting a brace to deny Amidaus, who edged out Kotoko in the fourth round of last season's Cup competition a place in the final.
Amidaus drew first blood before the tenth minute when on-loan Kotoko player, Yahaya Mohammed struck a shot from inside the box past a sprawling Isaac Amoako in goal for the Porcupine Warriors.
But Kotoko drew level in the 32nd minute when Osei rifled a shot into an empty net after the Amidaus goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi had come out to punch away a cross.
Kofi Nti Boakye put Kotoko in the lead before recess when he guided a header on across the face of goal with his thigh into the net.
The first half ended 2-1 and after recess, it was Kotoko who dominated play as but lacked precision to finish off Amidaus with close misses.
Richard Adongo could have leveled matters for Amidaus but after beautifully controlling a cross on his chest, his grounder was gathered by Amoako.
As the game headed into injury time, Osei let goal a volley into the top corner after beating his marker to an aerial ball with his chest.
Kotoko will face Medeama in the final on June 15.
