The Legal Advocacy Foundation is asking the mother and family at centre of the missing baby saga to reject the investigative report by the Health Ministry.
42 year old Suweiba Mumuni, mother of one of 5 babies which went missing at the Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital is already incensed about the failure of the investigative report sanctioned by the health ministry to mention the whereabouts of the babies.
The final report by the Nursing & Midwifery council, Medical & Dental council and the hospital said the babies were still born but gave no details on the whereabouts of the corpses.
Human rights lawyer and President of the Legal Advocacy Foundation, Maurice Ampaw told Joy News he is ready to take the matter up in court.
"Those who conducted the investigation did not do a good job. I describe it as a bogus report.
"It did not address the core issue of holding those who caused the missing of baby responsible.
"The recommendations were woefully done. The family should reject the report and proceed to court and seek for proper compensation because the report has failed to address the fundamental issue of where is child?
He said his foundation is ready to offer legal representation if the family is interested.
