The CEO of Zoomlion Ghana Limited, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong has urged Christian leaders to be humble and abide by the word of God in all their ways.
He has also urged them not to be ashamed of their backgrounds and where the Lord lifted them from, but rather to share their stories to encourage their generations to aspire to make it in life.
He was speaking at the Leadership Conference for Pastors and Ministers organized by the Oral Roberts Ministry and the World Wide Miracle Outreach as part of the Ghana for Christ crusade held recently in Accra.
The conference was attended by over 1,000 ministers and their wives drawn from various denominations across the country.
He urged “all and sundry to live holy lives and be at peace with one another for without holiness and living at peace, no man shall see the Lord”.
President of the Oral Roberts Ministries Dr. Richard Roberts in his sermon admonished the gathering not to lose touch of where they came from and frequently call on God in times of trouble.
“Do not forget where you came from, make positive confessions if you want to see a miracle and when you are in trouble, call unto God.”
In his address, the founder and President of Worldwide Miracle Outreach Dr. Lawrence Tetteh said most up-and-coming pastors need mentors and that most of the mistakes committed by young inexperienced pastors are as a result of lack of mentors and experienced men of God taking interest in the activities of young pastors.
He said the conference was to ensure that young pastors equip themselves to avoid mistakes in Ministry.
