The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of M- Tes Construction and Engineering Limited, Frederick Kweku Anim has been adjudged the ‘Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the just-ended 2023 Ghana CEO Awards held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra.
This was in recognition of his stunning commitment and experience in facility management and the construction sector, and also for being a respected company advocating for best business practices in the sector.
The 2nd edition of the Ghana CEO Awards was on the theme; "The Role of Business Leadership Towards Achieving the SDGs in Ghana".
The iconic award scheme seeks to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished CEOs who are constantly committed to staying relevant and have used the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately the country.

Addressing the media after receiving the award, the CEO of M- Tes Construction and Engineering Limited, Frederick Kweku Anim expressed his profound gratitude to his team and clients across the world for their massive support over the years.

According to him, the award reflects the company's dedication to delivering the highest standards of quality customer satisfaction and is also a testament to the team's dedication to excellence in every aspect of its operations.
“I am extremely excited for such a wonderful milestone. This demonstrates our unwavering focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations while adhering to rigorous quality standards ", he said.
Frederick Kweku Anim seized the opportunity to evolve to remain relevant by constantly improving in the facility management industry.
The event featured renowned dignitaries such as H. E. Mahamudu Bawumia, (Vice President of the Republic of Ghana), H. E Harriet Thompson (British High Commissioner to Ghana), H.R.M King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II (Paramount King of the Ga states, Chairperson), Mark Okraku (Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture), H. E Charles Abani, (United Nations Resident Coordinator, Ghana), H. E Javier Guitierrez (Spanish Ambassador to Ghana) and several other important personalities.

He is an entrepreneurial personality and a visionary-focused person in business growth and development. He can effectively communicate processes and solutions to internal personnel of M-Tes as well as clients and business partners.
He has a good track record of helping M-Tes and its subsidiary companies like Quest Link Supplies Limited, Thermofluids Engineering Limited, and Vertex Link Medics) to strategically broaden its scope of services.
He has been able to use his leadership skills as well as his innovative abilities to generate new strategies for improving project performance, harnessing the talents of different individuals at M- Tes.
