The National Delegates Conference of the New Patriotic Party ( NPP) has come and gone.
The winners are jubilating whereas the losers are gnashing their teeth.
A key lesson from the outcome of the conference is a quote attributable to the late former General Secretary of the party, Sir John- "Fear Delegate."
