As part of steps aimed at offering its cherished viewers more exciting, engaging and entertaining programming, Multi TV completed its final phase of a year-long satellite upgrade on Sunday October 20, 2013.
With the completion of the satellite upgrade, Multi TV will bring to its viewers more content to viewers with the family at the center of all programming.
The final phase of the upgrade involved a change in operating frequency and an over the air (OTA) systems upgrade on set top boxes (STB) .
Viewers experiencing disruptions in service should just turn their digibox off and turn it back on after 2 minutes and service will be restored.
