Black Stars midfielder, Sulley Ali Muntari has sent a goodwill message to his team mates ahead of the World Cup qualifier on Friday.
“Good luck Black Stars. Let’s get the 3 points,” The AC Milan star tweeted Thursday morning.
Muntari was left out of the 23 man squad for the Zambia game despite a run of impressive performances at club level.
He was given an ultimatum by the FA and technical team to apologise for his unruly behavior in the Stars’ World Cup qualifier against Lesotho or face a permanent ‘ban’ from the team.
He had since apologized to the head coach and the entire team.
Muntari wished the team well in the final Group D game against Zambia in Kumasi on Friday.
The Stars top the group with 12 points, one more than Zambia and need just a draw to qualify to the final round of qualifier.
