All is set for voting to begin at the Zenith University College; the venue for the NDC's primaries in the La Dadekotopon Constituency.
In all, a total of four polling stations have been set up to accommodate the 295 delegates who are expected to cast their ballot.
On the grounds, a team of security personnel have also been deployed.
The leader of the team, Chief Superintendent Ernestina Abrokwa, has assured their readiness to ensure a peaceful process.
The presiding officer at post, Mr Kofi Frimpong, also says his charges are poised to deliver a credible and transparent process.
Meanwhile, scores of delegates and party faithful are lurking around the venue in bright and colourful regalia awaiting the commencement of proceedings.
Sitting MP, Rita Odorley Sowah, clad in white, is also on the grounds, exchanging pleasantries.
