Nestlé celebrated International Women's Day by organising an event that featured a panel discussion on the theme #Life as a Career Woman – Perspectives from Different Generations, aligning with the global theme #AccelerateAction.

The event was a lively gathering, bringing together female and some male employees to commemorate the day with joy, laughter, and engaging conversations.

Distinguished speakers, including Prof. Matilda Steiner-Asiedu, a Professor of Nutrition, and Comfort Awuah, Founder of Flawless Beauty Salon & Combel Bella Ltd., shared insights on women in the workforce, resilience, and the diverse personal experiences that shape professional lives.
The Human Resources Manager, Sophia Benson, emphasised the significance of celebrating International Women's Day.

She shared valuable insights on what Nestlé has done and continues to do to foster a workplace where all women feel valued, motivated, and encouraged to succeed.

On her part, the Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Manager, Deborah Kwablah, highlighted in her closing remarks the relevance and impact of the event, which offered valuable insights drawn from personal and professional experiences.
