Konongo-Odumase SHS has dispatched Zion College and Presby SHS, Osino from the ongoing National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
The school took an early lead in the first round and sustained their dominance in all the remaining four rounds of the contest.
'KOSS' progressed to the quarter-final stage with 40 points while Zion College and Presby SHS managed 25 points and 17 points, respectively.
The contest proved to be a 'cool chop' for Konongo-Odumase SHS as the other competing schools failed to put up any impressive display to warrant their qualification to the next stage.
