Gospel musician, Obaapa Christy, has released a song to pay tribute to the former CEO of the Forestry Commission Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Sir John.
The song celebrates the life of the politician and also praises the work and the person he was.
The tribute song released on July 20 dubbed 'Brekyie Yi Ano 3den’ also talks about how painful Sir John's exit has been for the family and country as a whole.
Sir John died on July 1 in Accra after testing positive for coronavirus.
He succumbed to complications of the disease while undergoing treatment at the ICU of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
