Barclays Bank, Ghana account bearing the name of Mr. and Mrs. Adjepong, on Tuesday won three tickets in the Barclays six months fix deposit raffle draw.
The draw was to give 20 customers of the bank free tickets to travel to the United Kingdom and watch two live Barclays Premier League matches involving Manchester United and Chelsea.
The package also included tickets to the matches, free accommodation and spending money.
The winning accounts had to keep at least 2,000 Ghana cedis in their account over a period of six months to qualify for the draw.
The audience at the draw expressed surprise at the three times draw of the same name but Mr. Simon Dornu, Acting Managing Director of Barclays Bank, Ghana said "this is the reward of their loyalty to the bank."
He said the draw was just one of many such packages the bank had in store to excite and reward customers this year for their loyalty to the bank.
Ten other names were drawn and put on waiting list just in case any of the first 20 could not make it to the UK.
