Three-time Grammy award nominee, Rocky Dawuni, is pleading with Ghana’s leaders to address issues raised by citizens.
Speaking with Doreen Avio on Let’s Talk Showbiz, he said Ghana’s leaders must incorporate confidence in the people of Ghana.
“I will implore our leader to come out and address these issues and also to instill in us the confidence of leadership and also address the grievances.“
Recently Mia Amor Mottley, prime minister of Barbados, roughly quoted reggae musician Rocky Dawuni to press the need for action on climate change and other global crises.
Mottley has made a habit of including song lyrics in her General Assembly speeches, last year invoking “We Are the World” and, the year before, Bob Marley.
