Since becoming the Managing Director for Barclays Bank Ghana in 2013, the former Finance Director for the bank speaks highly of a diverse team of mnagers whose trust in her leadership qualities, keeps her on track.
This transformed Barclays Bank and made it the most profitable financicial institution in the country, at the end of the first quarter of 2017.

Speaking to Nhyira Addo on the ‘The Movers’ segment on the Super Morning Show of Joy FM, Mrs. Patience Akyianu said her policy of openness and sharing useful information among her team, are key to her success story.
“It’s openness. Just ensuring that your word is your word,” she told Nhyira.
