The second edition of Pentacle Africa’s Leadership seminar for Ghanaian business executives and individuals seeking to enrich their knowledge on best leadership practices comes off from June 25 to 26, at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra.
Dubbed “Leadership and Change for Executives”, the seminar follows the success of the March, 2012 edition. The two-day event is expected to draw a large number of participants from across the divide of Ghana’s corporate community.
Some of the companies that participated in the first edition included Vanguard Assurance, Data Bank, Lintas, HFC Bank, Oak Financial, National Petroleum authority, and Volta River Authority among other blue chip brands.
Pentacle Africa is hopeful that just as the maiden edition passed the test, and began a surge in smart, ready-to-roar and efficient business executives, who will shape the next generation of great business minds, the second edition would be successful.
The organizers are also hoping that at the end of the event, business executives will come to terms with, how to turn ideas into real money, be able to discover the secret of delivering projects without experiencing resistance to change and also, get their subordinates to share in their vision, as well as follow them when they lead.
Tutors for the two-day event include world renowned coaches Dr. Michael Anaman and Kwame Akuffo, both of Pentacle Africa’s virtual Business School.
