Former President John Dramani Mahama was at the Supreme Court today for the second hearing of his election petition.
The NDC flagbearer who lost the December 7, 2020 polls is at the Apex Court seeking to set the results aside.
The main business for the day was a request for the EC to admit to irregularities present in its election results.

JoyNews' photojournalist David Andoh who was in court reported that the former President was accompanied by his running mate, Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, National Chairman of the NDC, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, his former Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, and other members of his party.
Mr. John Mahama's legal counsel includes Tony Lithur led by Tsatsu Tsikata, while Lawyer Justin Amenuvor and Lawyer A. Asamoah are the lawyers for the Electoral Commission of Ghana who is the 1st Respondent.

The legal representatives for the 2nd Respondent, President Akufo-Addo includes Lawyer Akoto Ampaw, Frank Davies, Kwaku Asirifi, and Yaw Oppong.

Meanwhile, the seven-member panel of judges hearing the petition include Chief Justice Anin-Yeboah; Justices Yaw Appau, Marful Sau, Professor Ashie Kotei, Mariama Owusu, Nene Amegatcher, and Gertrude Tokonor.
