The Election petition continued earlier today at the Supreme Court.
The 2020 NDC Presidential candidate requested leave of the court to inspect some documents in the custody of the Electoral Commission (EC).
Lead counsel for Mr. Mahama, Tsatsu Tsikata argued that access to the documents will ensure a fair determination of the case.
However, the request was opposed by counsel for the first respondent, as well as counsel for the second respondent.
At the end of today's proceedings, Mr Mahama's request was turned down by the apex court.
