Recently, the 2022 budget was presented to Parliament by the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta.

During the presentation, certain areas of interest were projected including government’s scrapping road tolls collection, introduction of e-levy to serve as means of revenue generation, the 'YouStart' initiative.
Government also projects a Gross Domestic Product growth of 5.8% for 2022 etc.

But does the aforementioned examples make the budget business friendly?

What does the budget hold for businesses which are said to be the 'engine' of growth?

Are the policies in the budget pro-growth?
