Black Princesses' head coach, Charles Sampson, believes his team is ready to face any opposition en route to securing qualification to the U-20 Women's World Cup following their win over Tunisia.
Ghana claimed a 4-0 aggregate win over the North African side, with 2-0 wins in each of the two games played.
Following the second leg win at the Accra Sports Stadium, which saw Mercy Attobrah score her third goal of the tie while Agnes Yebboah came off the bench to score with her first touch of the ball, Ghana will now play South Africa in the third round of the qualifiers.
Sampson believes his team has what it takes to go past their next opposition when they take to the field.
"Our goal is to qualify for the World Cup, but our intention is to go step by step. Now that we are done with this [Tunisia], our next focus turns to the next match, which is against South Africa," he said after the game.
"I have already watched them in the first leg [against Eswatini], where they scored five goals. I have an idea of their team. We are up to the task; our aim is to go to the World Cup, so any opponent we get, we will study them and work towards how we can outweigh them."
The game between Ghana and South Africa is scheduled for next year as the Black Princesses chase an eighth successive appearance at the U-20 Women's World Cup.
