President John Evans Atta Mills has with immediate effect sacked 13 municipal and district chief executives from office.
A statement signed by Mr. J.K. Bebaako Mensah, the Secretary to the President, asked respective Regional Ministers to oversee the administration of the affected areas pending new appointments.
