Former WBA Welterweight champion Ike “Bazooka” Quartey has taken a swipe at the president of the Ghana Boxing Association.
Ike Quartey has declared Samir Captain, a failure in his role as president of Ghana boxing just over two years after taking over from the popular Moses Foe Amoaning.
The former boxing world champion says mr captan has constantly disregarded and sidelined him since he took over as the president of the association.
He told Joy sports that, Samir Captan has reassigned his VIP seats to other guest on several occasions at boxing promotions with the recent incident over the weekend at the “Only the strong” boxing promotions at the Lebanon house.
“He disrespected me for taking my seat and I think it was wrong on his part to have done that”. Ike told Joy sports.
