A statement signed and issued by the Regional Director of Health Services, Prof. Irene Agyepong stated that, while there is too much congestion at the Ridge Hospital OPD, facilities at the Adabraka Polyclinic are being underutilized hence the decision to merge the OPDs.
This means that, from tomorrow the Ridge Hospital OPD can be found at the Adabraka Hospital with all Ridge OPD facilities, staff, Nurses, Doctors, Phasrmacists and Paramedics moved there as well.
The statement added that, there will be an ambulance ready at the Adabraka Polyclinic to take care of referrals to the Ridge Hospital.
