Baring any hitches, road safety education will be introduced in basic schools nationwide.
The Road Safety Commission, which is spearheading the campaign, says books and training manuals on road safety will be distributed in March.
It says it has the mandate to encourage the development of road safety education as part of the school curriculum.
According to the Information Manger of the commission, Kwame Koduah Atuahene, the drive will also help address its staff challenges as teachers take on road safety education.
