The highly anticipated Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair, Ghana’s largest home and property showcase, is set to close its doors today, Sunday, September 14, after a three-day run that has drawn thousands of prospective homeowners and investors.

The final day of the event, which is being held at Ghud Park near the Accra Mall under the theme “Dream it, Own it, Live it,” offers a last-minute opportunity to secure exclusive deals on properties, building materials, and mortgage financing.
The fair’s closing today presents a final chance for potential homeowners to seize unique offers, including discounts on building materials, special furniture packages, and reduced processing fees for mortgage applications.
Organisers have urged the public to take advantage of the final hours of the event, which runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. this evening.

The fair has provided a vital platform for addressing Ghana’s estimated housing deficit of over 2 million units.

Over the past two days, attendees have navigated a vast exhibition space featuring more than 50 exhibitors, including leading real estate developers, construction firms, interior decorators, and financial institutions.
A key highlight has been the opportunity for direct engagement with developers, allowing attendees to explore diverse housing options, from affordable housing projects to high-end luxury apartments.

At the heart of the fair's success is its platinum sponsor, Ecobank Ghana PLC.
The bank has been at the forefront, offering a range of financial solutions, including mortgage products with competitive interest rates and flexible repayment plans.

Beyond the exhibition, the fair has served as a critical educational hub. Over the weekend, attendees have participated in a series of free seminars and workshops led by industry experts.
Topics have included "Navigating Land Title Registration," "Financing Your First Home," and "Choosing Sustainable Building Materials."

These sessions have been instrumental in empowering Ghanaians with the knowledge to make informed decisions and avoid common pitfalls in the real estate sector.
The final day is expected to be a culmination of networking and business, providing a powerful close to what has been a successful and impactful fair.
