Stanbic’s Private Banking Customers have lauded the bank for continuously rolling out innovative products that benefit customers.
The bank recently rolled out the Visa Platinum Debit Card and two other packages – the Priority Pass and Lifestyle Benefits – to complement the banking and lifestyle needs of their Private Banking customers.
To the clients, these products offer total convenience, and that is an irreplaceable ingredient in their daily lives.
The Platinum card, which is a premium card in the Visa range of cards, comes with exclusive privileges to enhance the travel, shopping, dining and lifestyle needs of clients on their travels abroad.
There are also lifestyle benefits that include special privileges at selected partner outlets in Ghana and a myriad of chic offers, rewards and discounts from restaurants, hotels and shops.
The Priority Pass also helps customers escape travel stress by providing exclusive access to 850 plush lounges at airports around the world.
“For me, everything is about convenience. I always want to spend my time doing something else, so anything that can cut the cumbersome process in my life is welcome,” said Obodai Torto, one of Stanbic’s Private Bankers “I do not like to carry cash in my pocket while I travel around. So with this debit card, my trips will be seamless.”
Security wise, the cards are said to offer unequalled security as accounts are monitored 24 hours a day to help prevent, detect and resolve fraud on the cards.
Richard Plampert, another customer, said the cards complement the unparalleled banking experience that Stanbic Bank gives to its customers.
“It’s nice and I enjoy it!” Plampert said. “This card works with no problems. It has made my life so easy, I can’t do without it.”
Sarah Mary Frimpong, a Private Banker and an Accountant and Auditor, shared similar sentiments.
“I travel a lot and I already sense how seamless this card is going to make my subsequent trips,” she said. “Stanbic Bank has always been there to provide solutions just when we need it, I feel valued as a customer.”
To enjoy the world of indulgence that these products offer, the bank’s private customers are entreated to apply by contacting their Relationship Managers. Stanbic Bank has pledged to keep coming up with more products that will foster a mutually beneficial customer relationship.
