Ex-Ghana captain Stephen Appiah has reiterated his interest in taking up coaching once his playing career finishes.
The former Black Stars midfielder is presently playing in the Serbian league with Vojvodina after stints in Italy and Turkey.
Appiah has resisted the temptation of jumping straight into the job.
He knows there would be a requirement for him to make a long-term dream of coaching as he takes his badges.
"Yes, I have started [taking up my coaching badges]," the ex-Ghana captain confirmed. "I am doing my training in England."
Appiah quit international football just after the 2010 World Cup, having led Ghana to two impressive World Cup outings following their debut in 2006.
