The Hitz Tertiary first edition came off on the Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Bluecrest University College.
Head of Partnerships and Collaborations - Ms Henrietta Mensah, shared the excitement of both staff and students to be the first tertiary school to host the event.
Speaking with Hitz FM, Ms Mensah explained that ahead of the event, students of the school who majored in Fashion and Design decided to display their fashion skills and were overjoyed to be part of the Hitz Tertiary.

“I’m overwhelmed myself. My students have done it today. When we went to the classes to inform them about this collaboration with Hitz FM and Joy Prime, we said we are attaching some ‘funkiness’ to show the creativity of the school, and I’m seeing the colours and combinations, and the fashion sense is amazing. I am so excited to be here and I feel the happiness all around.”
