Ghanaian forward Bernard Tekpetey has celebrated a triumphant season with Ludogorets, winning the Bulgarian Cup and securing the league.
Although an unused substitute in the final against CSKA Sofia, Tekpetey was part of the squad that emerged victorious, thanks to Caio Vidal's decisive goal.
This marks Tekpetey's third consecutive Bulgarian FA Cup win and fourth in the club's history.
His impressive career in Bulgaria has yielded nine major trophies, including five league titles, solidifying his status as one of Ghana's most successful footballers in Europe.
A former Schalke 04 player, Tekpetey, who was part of the Ghanaian squad that played in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations hosted by Gabon, will return to Ghana for a summer break before Ludogorets' pre-season begins in July.
Despite past interest from clubs in the Dutch Eredivisie, Tekpetey's injury setback has impacted his transfer ambitions.
