Chapter One (Our Story)
Launched on 3rd December 2015, Chapter One restaurant was introduced as Accra’s exclusive dining destination for business, pleasure, or the perfect combination of both. With its welcoming ambiance and award-winning Executive Chef, Ruby Paintsil, Chapter One provides an unforgettable dining experience that turns moments into memories; from the first piece of bread being dipped to dessert’s last bite.

The new Tapas menu
Curated by Chef Ruby, this new menu is a celebration of the finest locally and internationally sourced ingredients, cooked with the level of care and expertise you've come to expect of the Chapter One team.
The updated menu features an array of exciting dishes, but the most prominent additions come in the form of our new Tapas menu and Signature Curry Night menu. The tapas dishes reflect the superb celebration of our cuisine and include ingredients you won’t find on many menus, such as Teriyaki Salmon, Pan Fried Scallops and Crab and Chili Cakes.

Provenance and taste are at the very heart of our Signature Curry Night menu. Using the freshest ingredients, the menu offers a variety of flavourful curries. Choose from a hearty deep red Thai style curry or, a fiery goat curry with soothing onion yogurt. Perhaps you’d prefer a smooth Keralan duck curry instead? No matter the flavour you desire, this menu has the variety to satisfy every curry craving.
