Thirty persons interested in becoming coaches are taking part in the Ghana Football Association's six-day basic coaching course for soccer coaches which started on Monday at the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast.
Participants from the Volta, Eastern, Greater Accra and Central Regions are taking lessons from the experienced technical brain, Ben Koufie, a FIFA/CAF Instructor and Member of CAF Technical Committee.
Other technical persons assisting the course are Oti Akenten and Kuuku Dadzie with George Dasobere, as the Course Coordinator.
The course forms part of the FA's Business and Football Development Plan geared at developing personnel for the game.
The participants have received lectures on the theory of coaching methods, practical performance, practical coaching and theoretical laws of the game.
