Other high ranking foreign dignitaries are also expected in the country later this evening for tomorrow's august ceremony.
Meanwhile the Ghana Airport Company says operations at the KotokaInternational Airport will not be disrupted by the arrivals of the dignitaries.
Commercial traffic at the airport is usually halted for a brief period to make way for the huge number of dignities arriving for such programs. In some cases, domestic operations are even cancelled. But managers of the Airport tell Joy News the airport now has the capacity to accommodate more aircraft as a result of the recent expansion works.
