The Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) on its own behalf and in the strength of unity with the World Federation of Engineering Organisations and Federation of African Engineering Organizations sends its sincere condolences to the people of Ghana, the immediate family, maternal and paternal families of His Excellency Prof. John Evans Atta-Mills. By his death, the people of Ghana have lost an industrious son.
The Engineering community in Ghana especially remembers His Excellency Prof. John Evans Ata Mills as the President who signed the long awaited Engineering Council Act (Act 819) into law on 31st May 2011.
