It has so far been a year of loss for many people.
Some, including myself, have lost loved ones, others have lost jobs, some have simply lost their sense of equilibrium.
We are now in the second half of the year. To fight back and experience gain, even amid loss, here are a few tips for maintaining resilience:
First of all, keep your eye on the vision. Rocky roads are sometimes the only paths to reaching your destination.
Secondly, put things in perspective. Your worst loss so far hasn't broken you. You can manage what's to come.
And last but not the least, focus on the things you can control. Anything else is a thief of your time.
Win. One day at a time!
