Unilever has launched a development initiative for university undergraduates in the country.
Briefing the media today in Accra, resource persons outlined that the initiative which is a challenge and creative experience, will help students figure out how business works in real life.
According to the Managing Director, Maidi Akutu, this will also develop their capabilities for the job market.
In this challenge, students will be required to bring up their own business plans and through guidance, execute those plans.
Dubbed: Idea Trophy 2014, the initiative is designed to "create an 'out-of-classrom' learning experience that focuses on the dvelopment of personal and entrepreneurial competencies among graduates," a statement said.
